Purple Violets
Do you like flowers? Here is a poem you can read together about a flower called the violet.
One purple violet in our garden grew;
Up popped another and that made two.
Two purple violets were all that I could see;
But Billy found another and that made three!
I’d make a wreath for Mother,
And that would make four
Four purple violets—sure as you’re alive!
Why here is another and now there are five!
